Independently conceived, designed, and launched Nexpenz — a production-grade personal finance app for iOS and Android. Built the entire product solo with no team or funding, from Figma mockups to App Store and Google Play, covering mobile, backend, web app, infrastructure, and AI. Currently in active marketing and growth phase.

• Independently delivered and maintained the complete product stack spanning cross-platform mobile applications, GraphQL APIs, AI systems, subscription infrastructure, cloud services, and public web properties.
• Launched the app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, managing the full release cycle including code signing, app review, and post-launch updates.
• Integrated secure and scalable user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Automated the entire deployment process through an efficient CI/CD pipeline, with end-to-end monitoring and real-time alerts across all services.
• Built an agentic AI financial assistant (Nex-i) with 40+ tool integrations, enabling users to query their finances in natural language; implemented hybrid semantic search via vector + full-text rank fusion.
• Shipped a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server enabling users to query their live financial data from major AI assistants and developer tools.
• Architected a multi-tier subscription system (Free / Standard / Pro) with in-app purchases, webhook-driven lifecycle management, and plan-gated feature access across mobile and API layers.
• Built 15+ scheduled jobs handling auto-debit payments, overdue reminders, budget alerts, and onboarding nudges delivered via push notifications and email.
• Optimised the public website for search with SSR, structured metadata, canonical URLs, and sitemap — achieving consistent indexing across all product pages.
• Designed the entire product experience in Figma and translated it into production-ready applications across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
